Business E-marketing Course

Course Aim:

The aim of the course is to give small business owners or employees the skills required to produce a marketing e-mailshot and then e-mail it to client contacts.

Course Contents:

The following topics are covered on the course:


		create a marketing document ( revision of Business Flyer course topics)
		select required contacts
		use mail merge to send an e-mailshot to all customers
		categorize specific groups of customers
		send an e-mailshot to specific groups of customers

Entry Requirements:

Learners should preferably be familiar with most of the topics covered on our Business E-mail and Business Flyer course.

Delivery:

This instructor-led course may be delivered using any of the following programs: Microsoft Word 2003 / 2007 or OpenOffice.
