Business E-mail Course

Course Aim:

The aim of the course is to give small business owners or employees the skills required to send, receive and manage business e-mail effectively.

Course Contents:

The following topics are covered on the course:


		send and receive e-mail		open, print and save attached files
		reply to a message		create an e-mail signature
		print a message		delete a message
		forward a message		create a folder
		attach files		move a message to a folder

Entry Requirements:

Learners should preferably have some basic keyboard and mouse skills.

Delivery:

This instructor-led course may be delivered using any of the following programs: Microsoft Outlook 2003 / 2007 or Windows Mail.
